I got this exact glove from a department store for $15.

Pros:The glove is very lightweight & breathable, so your hands don't get too sweaty and the gloves are generally comfortable. You can still grip your handlebars well and the breath-ability keeps your hands dry.So far the glove has held up for the past few months I've owned them.

Cons:The padding is my biggest gripe - the padding doesn't cover your entire palm, so I felt it created pressure points where the padding was located. Also, the location of the seams on the end of the fingers have made my fingertips go numb, though that may not be an issue with the glove, but with my arthritic hands.

If you're looking to keep your hands warm, and/or have any type of hand "issues" (arthritis, etc) then I'd invest in something else. But otherwise this glove is all around decent for the money you spend.
