I have been using ergobeads mouse wrist rests, but they have tended to get moved around or fall off my keyboard tray.This glove puts the wrist rest on your wrist so it follows you between keyboard and mouse.They don't tend to heat up your hand, either. The one drawback is that the wrist rest does get in your way somewhat if you have occasion to pause while computing to write something down with pen or pencil.
