(More customer reviews)My wife is working an internship finishing her Culinary Arts degree and I bought these for her since she works with knifes/mandolins a lot and has a tendency to cut her hand/fingers a bit. So far, as long as she has been wearing the glove, she has not had any more cuts. It does a very good job at its intended purpose.
As for the sizing, it seems like these run in "guy" sizes. If you are a woman with a little smaller than normal hands, the extra small size is probably for you.
