(More customer reviews)Excellent deal if you love a good workout.The gloves are a bit small (about a size Medium) but they do have adjustable resistance, you can remove some of the foam inserts if the gloves are too small, and create a little more room for your hands.the wrist & ankle weights are awesome. the belt is definately a "medium" size.I have a little belly so i had to sew on an extension piece of velcro.all in all, Excellent buy !
