(More customer reviews)The shipping from this company is absolutely atrocious. I placed my order nearly 10 days ago and I still have not even received my product. I am fairly certain that the shipping method I requested was 1-5 business days. The original estimated delivery date was this Tuesday the 24th, at the latest. The delivery date has since been pushed back to the 24th-27th. It is currently the 26th and I have not received my order. Now according the their terrible estimates I should receive my order tomorrow, however I highly doubt that will happen. It will most likely be pushed back until next week. I was planning on using the gloves I ordered in my work out this week, that obviously didn't happen. I am very disappointed with this order. All other items i have ever order from any other company or from amazon directly have arrived in a very timely manner, and always before the last scheduled day. The last originally scheduled day I might add. This is the first company that has been this displeasing and untimely in the delivery of items which I have ordered. I never write reviews on products. I may rate them, but I never take the time to write out a review. However, this time, I figured that they have wasted quite a bit of my time, so why not spend a little more of my precious time on this earth to possibly save someone else from the treachery of this unprofessional and unethical company. If I request 1-5 business day shipping then that is what I expect. I do not expect 10 day delivery. Keep in mind that I am not ordering a horse or something. I am ordering a pair of gloves. I could have gone to the company that produces these gloves in Napa, California and picked up the gloves myself by now. This is absolutely ridiculous. I assure you that I nor any of my friends will be ordering anything from this company in the future. Thank you for the time you have taken to read this. It will save you days. Trust me!
Edit: I was correct, my item did not arrive on the 27th. It is currently Sunday the 29th. I have filed a claim and am patiently waiting for a response.
