(More customer reviews)I love these gloves, it is sooo hard to find great weighted gloves and these are definitely a gem.Turbo Jam does sell their weighted gloves but I wanted something to allow my palms to breathe --the turbo jam ones are more like real gloves.These ones, on the other hand are perfect, your palm is allowed to sweat freely.To clean them, I simply remove the weighted bags inside, and drop inside a small laundry bag.once washed, I simply air dry.These are a definite asset to my work outs and I have developed nice arms in addition to losing weight.
