(More customer reviews)I purchased what was represented as "new" signature crs bodyglove combo waterskis from amazon and when I received the product in a deteriorated box, I found a label on the skis denoting "demo". The skis also contained various scuffs and scratches that seem to indicate a demo or blem product. I contacted customer service and they appropriately offered to refund my purchase; but as the product was still adequate for the price, particularly since they also offered a partial refund of the purchase price, I opted to keep the product. I was also told that amazon would change the description of the product on the website so that anyone else interested in this item would not be purchasing something where the condition of new might be mis-represented. As my previous experience with amazon has been favorable, my only concern is that the product still shows a "new" condition and my subsequent contact with amazon customer service indicated that I should send in a review for them to actually check what they had in inventory.
