(More customer reviews)I suffer from tendonitis. It is extremely difficult to ice my wrist while working. This makes it possible for me to continue working and ice my wrist at the same time. I even use it when watching TV. It is much more comfortable than holding an ice pack to my wrist for 20 min at a time. If you are in the need to ice several times a day I definitely recommend this product as it is convenient, comfortable, & holds cold and heat well. Well worth the investment.
