Even though it's mesh, it truly is a 3 season jacket. It comes with a waterproof liner and a quilted liner. Even with the cool New England mornings, I have yet to need the quilted liner. The fit and adjust-ability are top notch. Each arm has two different adjusters and the waist has an adjuster belt on each side.
The 3/4 length takes a little bit of getting used to, especially on a sport bike, but it's not a major issue. The extra length comes in handy though when tucking in.
Overall, I highly recommend this jacket. The quality is top notch, the visibility is unbeatable, great adjust-ability and a great price on top of it all.
