(More customer reviews)Well I've gone through two of these boot dryers and both of them died the same inglorious way although I must say this final failure did dry out my boots, just not as designed. When I came back to my boots after leaving the dryer running for a couple hours I found that the heat from this heater apparently near catching on fire is what dried my boots instead of a moderately warm air flow. This device is a fire hazard and if it hadnt caught it I suspect my boots would have dried from convective flames.A great gift for someone you don't like.I've done some research on other sites and this is apparently a common problem with this device.
